Before printing the Proof of Claim Form

Creditors Printing Instructions for Proof of Claim form.

Internet Explorer

Right click your mouse in the middle of the screen

Choose "Select All"

Right click your mouse in the middle of the screen again

Choose "Print"

Choose the Print range of "Selection" then OK.
